Sanober Bano (Official Name-Sabonar Bano) has started this foundation education concept for Autistics, Physically Challenged & women empowerment under her Start-up Firm “Maxwell India Advisory & Consulting” Maxwell India Advisory & Consulting is registered Partnership firm under Indian Partnership act 58(1) Community foundations offer a variety of programs designed to support the needs of the communities they serve, whether local or more broadly defined. Common areas of support include education and human services programs, such as literacy or aid for the homeless A community green education committee is a group of people who work to promote environmental awareness and sustainability within a community: community-centric education recognizes that Youths' experiences outside of the classroom can have a significant impact on their academic performance. Students who come from diverse backgrounds and have different experiences may face unique challenges that can affect their ability to succeed in school. /Colleges

Green Education Program covers as follows:

1. Basic Education to All House Wives “How to manage their Community Greenery and develop healthy living and working environment?

2. Work & Earn from Spending their Spare time at Home (Work from Home concept)-in this concept all the house wives who have registered as their Service Partner for Maxwell Institute will be given various types of home-based jobs/works such as Packaging/Stitching/Dress Making/Home cooked food services (Dibbey Wail)/Nursing Service/Family Function Helpers/Child Care Centre/Mohalla Education Services (Tutoress Services)/Personal Helpers (Roti Makers/Food Items Packers)
